I finished these socks that I had abandoned in my WIP basket. I', glad to have them done, and The Boy Wonder will be glad to have them. Even he doesn't wear wool socks when it's this hot. The last few days have been the hottest this summer, it seems. I didn't even go to the baseball game last night. I couldn't take sitting out in the heat. But, I got the socks finished, and I started a new pair.
The new ones are my own yarn, in the Murky colorway of my sportweight. I'm knitting them with a size 0 needle, and it's just small enough to make a nice, tight fabric, and still be enjoyable to knit. I'm also done with the skirt on Hey Teach! I have to look at the pattern and figure out how to combine the directions for the three pieces before I go on.
